Candidate should have good typing speed

Good Competency in Microsoft applications including Word Excel and Outlook.

Verifying the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.

Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.

Organizing and maintaining records of files and other documents.

Updating and correcting information as necessary.

Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Identifying and resolving errors or discrepancies in data.

Excellent typing skills attention to detail.







Professional attitude and appearance

Creating and exporting spreadsheets documents and data reports as necessary.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline data entry workflow

Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of information.

Keep information confidential

Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
