We are hiring for a Customer Support Executive role for Delhi Location.

Exp 1 4 yrs

Location: Delhi

MustHave: Handson experience in any ticketing tool (Zoho/Service Now) Excellent communication skill.

Job Description:

B.E./B.Tech/BCA /MCA or equivalent

Minimum of 1 years of experience

Familiarity with ticketing tool

functionalities including ticket creation

assignment escalation and reporting.

Strong problemsolving skills and technical

aptitude.

Fluent English for effective interaction

with users and internal stakeholders.

Prior experience in providing IT support

services in a similar domain will be

advantageous.







Excellent Communication skills

Should have experience in any ticketing toll like servicenow zoho etc.
