Key Responsibilities:
Identify New Business Opportunities: pursue new business opportunities within the commercial interiors sector.
Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with architects designers and key decisionmakers to foster longterm partnerships.
Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed business targets. This includes market analysis client segmentation and competitive positioning.
Present Proposals and Negotiate Contracts: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to clients showcasing our capabilities and value proposition. Negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms.
Collaborate with Internal Teams:
Work closely with our design and project management teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered successfully. Key
Requirements:
Educational Background: Any Bachelors degree (B.Arch preferred).
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
