Associate Allied Chemicals has been delivering ingredient solutions for the fragrance flavor food and personal care industries for over 45 years. As we expand our presence we looking for a motivated Operations and Planning Analyst to become a part of our team.
As Operations and Planning Analyst you will play a key role in monitoring warehouse and logistics operations inbound and outbound dispatch planning and streamlining all customer supply processes.
Tasks
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse operations including inventory management order fulfilment and distribution processes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to coordinate inventory replenishment transportation and storage activities to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Proper Audit/stock take and Shrinkage reduction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations quality standards and company policies and procedures.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma/Graduate from a recognized university or institute.
- Experience Required: 26 years in warehousing and distribution out of which 1 to 3 years should be in Demand and Supply planning
- Experience in preparing Monthly reports/trend analysis
- Problem Solving and innovation
- Ability to lead and drive safety culture in the organization.
- Efficient communication and writing skills including preparing MIS.
- Problem Solving and innovation
- Knowledge of MS Office Power Point Presentation
- Capability to multitask in a fast faced environment.
