Job Title: Trainer Sales Officer HTD Program

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trainer to lead the training program for the Sales Officer HTD Program with HDFC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales banking and financial services with a passion for mentoring and developing future sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for Sales Officer candidates covering sales techniques banking products customer relationship management and compliance.
- Curriculum Development:
Collaborate with HDFC and internal teams to develop and update the training curriculum ensuring it aligns with current industry standards and HDFCs requirements.
- Performance Assessment: Monitor and assess trainees progress through tests roleplays and feedback sessions. Provide constructive feedback and additional support where needed.
- Industry Insights: Stay updated with the latest trends in banking and sales to incorporate relevant information into training materials.
- Motivation & Engagement: Inspire and engage trainees to achieve their full potential and successfully transition into the Sales Officer role.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of trainees performance and provide regular updates to management and HDFC.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
- Primary KPI: The number of candidates successfully placed and joining HDFC as Sales Officers after the completion of the training program.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Finance or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in sales training preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Indepth knowledge of sales processes and banking products.
- Ability to motivate and mentor trainees.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
