Role Description
This is a full-time and part time role for a real estate sales consultant or real estate freelancer at Suchirindia in Hyderabad. will be responsible for managing real estate sales, customer service, and target achievement.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Real Estate Property knowledge
- Experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
Responsibilities:
Drive property sales through online and offline marketing strategies aimed at lead generation.
Provide comprehensive pre-sales support by consulting potential buyers and offering tailored property recommendations.
Manage post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction, handling any follow-up queries, and ensuring smooth property transactions.
Build relationships with clients, offering guidance throughout the entire buying process.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet both individual and team sales targets.
