WiserAI is a Personalized Product Recommendations engine for Shopify stores, that utilizes proven algorithms and data-driven recommendations to help E-commerce stores increase the average order value and boost sales. Over 3000 Shopify stores worldwide, including brands like Andy & Evan Inc, and Kappa USA, rely on us to generate additional revenue for their customers.
Work Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and on-demand training to customers using our product, responding to inbound queries.
- Educate customers on product functionalities and potential upgrades to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product manager to enhance product performance.
- Maintain high service standards, striving for customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Empathy, Patience, Hardworking
- Self-management & multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Understanding of eCommerce
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous
Location : Indore (Remote)
Work Schedule: 5 days a week
