Overview:
The PHP Laravel Developer plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining web applications using Laravel framework ensuring high performance and responsiveness. They are responsible for creating and implementing various features ensuring seamless integration with frontend elements and managing database schemas. The role is essential in driving the development and deployment of scalable web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and deliver highquality scalable web solutions using the Laravel framework
- Develop and integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic ensuring a seamless user experience
- Create and maintain clean efficient and reusable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle focusing on coding and debugging
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Build efficient testable and reusable PHP modules
- Conduct performance tuning improvement balancing usability and automation
- Coordinate with frontend developers designing responsive interfaces
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features
- Manage project priorities and meet project deadlines in an agile and fastpaced environment
- Contribute to technical documentation and maintain version control using GIT
- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and highquality code
- Identify and troubleshoot various issues and bottlenecks
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and application development
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven work experience as a PHP Developer with expertise in Laravel framework
- Strong understanding of PHP and objectoriented programming principles
- Proficiency in MySQL database design and optimization
- Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript HTML CSS
- Knowledge of version control systems such as GIT
- Understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
- Ability to write clean welldocumented and efficient code
- Experience in agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
- Problemsolving and analytical thinking to deliver innovative and creative solutions
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and best practices
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
