Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain smart contracts on Ethereum, Solana, or other blockchain networks.
- Design, build, and test dApps to interact with smart contracts and decentralized ecosystems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions with existing services and systems.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Perform code reviews and optimization to ensure best practices and security standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain technologies, protocols, and developments.
Required Skills :
- 3+ years of experience in blockchain development, with a focus on Ethereum, Solana, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Solidity, Rust , or other smart contract programming languages.
- Experience with decentralized technologies and Web3 development.
- Strong understanding of cryptography , consensus algorithms , and decentralized storage.
- Familiarity with tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, Remix, and MetaMask.
- Experience with testing and deploying smart contracts on mainnets and testnets.
- Knowledge of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155) and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with cross-chain integrations or Layer 2 scaling solutions.
- Familiarity with governance and DAO frameworks.
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or a public GitHub profile showcasing relevant work.
