Description
- Provide fundamental support to senior Business Manager(s) based in Singapore, to assist in the day-to-day business activities in aspects of operational and other support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business management requests by liaising with key stakeholders (CSEs, Cross Border desk, iCAT, Client onboarding, Operations, COO, Finance etc) as appropriate.
- Responsible for timely action on topics including governance and monitoring

Your key responsibilities
- Assist Business Manager (BM) on Relationship Manager (RM) planning and budgeting including allocations to respective RM teams as appropriate
- Assist BM in preparing materials for business and regional strategy meetings including tracking and follow-up on key items
- Responsible for Account tagging and ensuring changes to RMs are properly reflected in terms of adequate client coverage
- Support various Operations Remediation programs including understanding of underlying regulations / internal audit that drive the need for remediation
- Monitor key areas such as Outstanding 3rd party payment approvals, Concentration risk related pending approvals, Pending Adverse Media Screening hits
- Prepare monthly Business Review material and Market Head Review meetings material and follow up on action plans
- Prepare Business Development meeting one pagers and follow up on action plans
- Coordinate and prepare Sales, Net New Assets and Pipeline updates on a weekly basis
- Other activities requiring administration and support to Business Manager in the region
- Attend relevant Trainings to ensure good understanding of the subject and be abreast of any updates.
- Escalate issues in a timely manner (non-responsive stakeholders resulting in delays or overdue tasks, any matter that requires Supervisor attention & intervention etc).
Your skills and experience
- A Post-graduate/Graduate degree in Finance,
Business and Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Private Banking / Wealth Management support function required.
- Good understanding of Wealth Management products and services and regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to handle unstructured work, and support international senior stakeholders with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Positive, can-do attitude, proactive self-starter.
- High degree of professionalism, ownership and accountability.
- Experienced in using the following tools – Avaloq, RDC or any tool to screen clients for adverse media
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint skills
- SQL, coding knowledge will be an advantage
