• Position: Partnerships Lead - Carbon
• Organization: Grow Indigo
• Headquarters: Delhi / Ahmedabad
• Position type: Onsite, full time (5 days/ week)
• Reporting: Head Carbon Sales & OPs
Job Description
We are currently looking to hire a passionate,





self motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking & establishing relationships as a Partnerships Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations to expand reach and create tangible impact in Carbon Farming business.
Main Responsibilities of a Partnerships Lead
1. Developing and implementing partnerships strategies
2. Identifying potential partnership opportunities pan India in Carbon Farming domain
3. Conducting MR & competitor analysis for partnerships
4. Negotiating & signing partnership agreements
5. Developing joint promotional activities with partners
6. Identifying & addressing partnership challenges
7. Tracking and reporting on partnership performance
8. Collaborating with sales team for on ground execution
A Must Have :

- Passion for & belief in sustainable agriculture
- Min 3 years full time experience in partnerships
- Problem-solving approach






- Strong networking skills & execution bias
- Abilities & willingness to travel in rural hinterland

Job Requirements

- A PG degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Mgmt, or a related field, preferably in agri domain
- 3 to 5 years of prior experience in B2B or institutional sales & marketing
- A strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships
- An ability to work with multiple stakeholders to find win-win solutions
- Highly result oriented, assertive, and a problem solving mindset
- An ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
- An excellent organizational and time management skills
