Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of over 10 years in sales and marketing within the packaging industry. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company s goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends.
1. Sales Management:
- Lead manage and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics adjusting strategies as necessary.
1. Marketing Initiatives:
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with product launches.
1. Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with major clients.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
1. Team Leadership:
- Recruit train and develop a highperforming sales and marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and resultsoriented work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
1. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities performance and ROI.
- Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably within the packaging industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and marketing tools.
