Job Title: Operations & E-commerce Intern (Dog Food Products)
Location: Gurgaon
Monthly Stipend: Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 15,000
Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension based on performance)
About Sploot:
Sploot is a pet care startup, providing innovative solutions for pet parents, including a line of premium dog food products. We’re looking for an enthusiastic intern to support our warehousing, logistics, and e-commerce operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the pet care industry while working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Warehousing & Logistics: Oversee warehousing and shipping processes for both direct-to-consumer (D2C)
and business-to-business (B2B) shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Product Listings Management: Maintain and update product listings on platforms like Amazon, BlinkIt, and our D2C website.
- Run Deals & Discounts: Assist in planning and executing deals and promotions on marketplaces and the D2C platform to boost sales.
- Assist in New Product Development: Work closely with the Project Lead to support initiatives related to the development of new dog food products.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Interest in e-commerce, logistics, and product management.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
