We’re looking for a visionary Principal Product Manager to lead our product strategy, shape the roadmap, and drive innovation in the subscription billing space. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy,
and roadmap for Stykite's subscription and billing platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to bring new features to life, from ideation to launch.
- Lead user research, market analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and optimize the product for AI companies.
- Own product performance metrics, including user adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, and take data-driven actions to improve these.
- Ensure seamless integration of usage-based billing features, simplifying complex billing models for our customers.
- Work directly with high-growth AI companies to understand their needs and deliver solutions that enhance their business operations.
- Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Stay on top of market trends, emerging technologies,
and competitors in the AI and SaaS industries to ensure Stykite remains at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing complex B2B SaaS products, ideally with experience in billing, payments, or AI-related platforms.
- Strong understanding of usage-based or metered billing models and challenges in implementation.
- Track record of successfully launching and scaling product features that drive significant business impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Startup experience or experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment is a plus.
