Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative Marketplaces at Safecastle. The role involves daily tasks related to customer service, support, satisfaction, and experience across various marketplaces.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
- Experience with customer calls, email communication and more.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in e-commerce or online marketplaces is a must especially eBay and Walmart. Amazon a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
