Job Title: SAP OTC with FMS

Job Description:
This position will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem, focusing on solutions tailored for the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and supporting SAP Fashion Management solutions, ensuring seamless integration across business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end OTC process in SAP S/4HANA Fashion Management, including order entry, order fulfillment, billing, and invoicing.
- Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules to align with the unique requirements of the fashion industry, including sales order processing, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP OTC processes and other modules, such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and FICO (Finance and Controlling).
- Provide expertise in troubleshooting, problem resolution, and system enhancements to optimize performance within the SAP S/4HANA Fashion Management environment.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes, system configurations, and user training materials.
- Support the implementation of new features and functionalities in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards, particularly in the fashion and retail sectors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP OTC, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong experience in SAP Fashion Management (FMS) or SAP AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution) modules.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA Fashion Management solutions within the fashion industry.
- Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including order processing, pricing, billing, returns, and credit management.
- Proficiency in SAP SD, MM, and integration with FICO modules.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in the fashion, retail, or consumer goods sectors is highly desirable.
- SAP certification in S/4HANA or Fashion Management is a plus.
