Roles and Responsibilities
Job Summary
8+ years of as CRM techno functional consultant on Microsoft Dynamics Sales & Customer Service CRM. Hands on experience in configuration of Microsoft Dynamic CRM, integrating other applications using web services (REST API), integrating with Microsoft products such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
Key Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong knowledge of C#/ .NET
- Understanding of SQL server DB
- Knowledge of Javascript and HTML design
- Understanding of ASP.NET, windows communication and workflow foundation
- Knowledge of Power Automate
Required Experience:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM project implementation experience in Sales & Customer Service domain in at least 2 medium - large scale implementations (200+ user base)
- Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, custom assembly development, integration code and data migration scripts
- Experience of .NET Framework and C# development experience
- Previous experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP end points
- Hands-on knowledge of Object oriented design and SOA
- Experience with Devops, CICD, source control management systems, deployments and integrations
Key Responsibilities
- MS Dynamics 365 (sales & marketing) – global solution/product owner within the organization
- Understand business requirements, create, end-to-end functional & technical design & specification
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical knowledge to create and manage Dynamics 365 CRM online solutions & solution components; configure publishers and versions; work with multiple solutions; import and export solutions
- Design, build & customize Dynamics 365 CRM forms, use specialized form components; access teams and sub-grids; work with navigation; understand form types; implement form customizations & mobile clients
- Create view types; manage system, public, and personal views; customize views; charts; dashboards; use themes
- Develop and configure fields; configure field properties; use calculated fields; use rollup fields; configure global option sets; create alternate keys; configure field-level security; understand status and status reasons
- Create relationship types; understand cascading rules; work with hierarchical data; understand and configure entity mapping; create connections and connection roles
- Understand and implement business rules & workflows, implement dialogs and custom actions; identify when to use business process flows, workflow dialogs, and custom action
- Create business process flows; enable business process flows; work with steps, stages, and categories; work with multiple entities; use conditional branching; implement role-driven business process flows
- Configure auditing, document management, and collaboration; configure business units, email; manage teams
- Create Users, Teams, Business Units and Organizations for CRM online.
- Create security matrix & implement Field level security, Security Roles, Hierarchical security Model etc.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Certification in MS Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant (MB-210), MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant (MB-230) & MS Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) is essential.
