Job Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual with a strong sales background to join our team as a Customer Experience/Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and driving sales through excellent support and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Support:Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer support via phone, email, and chat.Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.Sales Support:Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities through customer interactions.Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, enhancing their overall experience.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue goals.Customer Experience:Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve products and services.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.Collaboration:Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align customer support efforts with business objectives.Provide valuable insights from customer interactions to inform marketing and product strategies.Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.Data Management:Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Use CRM systems to track customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions.Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.· 1+ years of experience in customer support and sales, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.· Proficiency in using CRM software and customer support tools.· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.· A passion for skincare and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
