Clic is the haven for those who believe marketing should be as entertaining as a cat riding a unicycle.The Role: Motion Graphic Designer - Lead Designer As our Motion Graphic Designer you're the Rohit Shetty of the graphic world, where each design is an action-packed blockbuster, exploding with colors more vibrant than the flying cars in his filmsKey Responsibilities:Video Editing: Edit and enhance video content through cutting, color grading, and integrating motion graphics to create polished final products for multiple clients in industries such as fashion, food & beverage, and D2C e-commerce. Approximately 60-70% of the work will involve video editing, so proficiency in the latest trending video editing techniques is essential.2D & 3D Motion Graphics:





Lead the conceptualization and creation of high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics and animated videos for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video content. The candidate should be adept at creating 2D motion graphics and 2D animated videos.3D Animation Software: Utilize 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools to create advanced motion graphics and animations. Knowledge of Blender and the ability to create 3D videos is a significant plus.Graphic Design & Branding: Support various teams with graphic design needs, including designing layouts, creating illustrations, and developing branding assets. A deep understanding of branding and graphic design is highly advantageous.Project Management:





Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are crucial.Creative Ideation: Demonstrate strong ideation skills with extensive experience in the digital video business. The candidate should have a history of animating a substantial number of digital videos.Market-Aware Design Sense: Possess a strong design sense and aesthetics that align with current market demands. Staying updated with the latest trends in design and motion graphics is essential.Skills Required -Proficient in video editing software like After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and graphic designing tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and FigmaStrong understanding of motion graphics principles,





including animation, typography, and visual effects.Strong Experience with 3D softwares like Nuke, Blender Cinema 4D along with compositing techniques is a plus.Who should Apply -A person who doesn't need creative direction.
