This role is critical for driving sales of Home Loans and Loans
Against Property (LAP) through DSAs in the Noida region. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives for Home Loan and LAP products. DSA Management:
Identify onboard and manage DSAs to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales targets.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and gaps and adjust strategies accordingly. Customer Relationship: Maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and offering customized solutions. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are compliant with regulatory and internal guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 34 years of handson experience in selling Home Loans and LAP particularly through the DSA channel. Skills: Strong sales acumen excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the financial products market. Attributes: Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently.
