Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Store Incharge to manage and oversee our store operations located in Buguda, Bhanjanagar, and Baudh. This is a full-time position requiring a strong background in inventory management, customer service, and team leadership. As the Store Incharge,
you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth retail operations, efficient supply chain management, and superior customer satisfaction.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Team leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate store staff for high performance.
- Strong customer service orientation to deliver exceptional service and address client needs promptly.
- Knowledge in supply chain management to streamline logistics and minimize bottlenecks.
- Hands-on experience in retail operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Problem-solving abilities to quickly and efficiently address and resolve any store-related issues.
- Keen attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records and store standards.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensuring high standards of performance.
- Managing inventory levels to ensure the availability of products and preventing stock-outs.
- Leading and supervising store staff, providing training, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Implementing effective customer service practices to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinating supply chain activities and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
