We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand our presence in the KSA and UAE markets. Position Overview: We are looking for a Business Development Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience and a strong understanding of the market and diverse customer segments in KSA and UAE.
This remote role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can identify opportunities build relationships and drive growth for our agency.
Key Responsibilities:Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends customer needs and competitive landscape in KSA and UAE.Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking cold calling and industry events. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals that align with client needs and demonstrate the value of our services.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align strategies and enhance client offerings. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:5 to 8 years of experience in business development sales or a related field preferably in the design or technology sector. Strong understanding of the KSA and UAE markets customer segments and industry trends. Proven track record of generating leads closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
