Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to lead our web development projects, primarily focusing on Magento and Word Press platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple web development projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, development, SEO, and client services.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and manage expectations.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience in project management within the digital marketing or web development industry.
Proven expertise in managing projects on Magento and Word Press platforms.
Strong technical understanding of website development and SEO best practices.
Excellent English communication skills,
both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a “go-getter” attitude.
Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
