Job Description
Warehouse Executive / Operation Executive Key Skill : operation,warehous,SCM ,logistics,OMS,TMS Responsibilities Facilitate material movement planning and scheduling. Prepare and update monthly logistics, schedule to assure deliveries to production locations. Coordinate product delivery schedules with customers. Coordinate daily activity to track location and movement of inventory as well as shipments. Assist in obtaining necessary transportation permits for shipments of materials / goods, as required to facilitate timely movements via different modes of transport. Maintain records of the orders placed by the customers, their delivery for official & company use.
Handling queries regarding shipment of materials from internal and external customers as needed, To strike a perfect balance between the available inventory in the company stores & the orders for goods from customers. Review inventory position daily and weekly against outstanding orders and sales forecasts and take action to accelerate shipments to meet customer demands. Verify accuracy of physical inventory. To consult with senior supervisors and take right steps to avoid conflicts with customers. Perform compliance audits and monthly entry audits in the work place. Manage the warehouse that may involve reporting the man power status in the warehouse and consumption report to the logistics managers. Planning and organizing the warehouse operations. Candidate having a experience of warehouse operation, SCM or logistics industry will be given preference having expertise in 3PL & 4PL operation. Sufficient knowledge of MS Office, Internet, Outlook.
