We're looking for a creative Recruitment Marketer to join our Talent Acquisition team here in APAC. In this role, you'll craft innovative strategies to boost our hiring efforts and promote diversity. You'll also play a key role in building our regional employer brand. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Collaboration:
Work closely with our regional Talent Acquisition- and HR team, hiring managers, Strategic Sourcer and the Global Lead Employer Brand to develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with our diverse audience in the Americas
2. Content Creation: Craft compelling content and creative assets that reflect our employer value proposition, attracting and engaging diverse candidates and employees through relevant regional and global channels
3. Analytical Approach: Utilize marketing analytics to refine and optimize recruitment campaigns, ensuring a targeted and effective talent attraction strategy
4. Candidate Engagement: Foster meaningful connections with both internal and external candidates, maintaining a qualified candidate pool that aligns with our regional and global objectives
5. EVP Alignment: Ensure all marketing efforts are in sync with our global Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
Requirements:
- A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in (recruitment) marketing, with a deep understanding of the APAC region
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, with an affinity for marketing analytics
- Exceptional ability to craft and convey compelling messages across various channels
- Strong skills in managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in English, any other language skills are a plus
