Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operation Management & Customer Service B2B and Corporates.
- Communication management via Email, Calls, Messages, and Online
- Managing Operation Platforms Aertrips Portal, LCC, GDS, OTA, Other Suppliers, etc.
- 3rd Party - Supplier Management / Sourcing Airlines deals.
- Billing on the Aetrips Portal
- Resolving accounting queries
- Providing Deals of different airlines to the customer, B2B and corporates.
Preferred Qualification & Experience
- HSC/ Graduate
- IATA Qualification / Certification is mandatory
- Knowledge of LCC, OTA, and GDS - Galileo
- Excellent with MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent in written and spoken communication
- Problem-Solving Skills, Handling Clients
- Profit generation skills
