Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the execution of manual test cases and test scripts to identify software defects and ensure functionality meets quality standards.
- Participate in test planning, including the creation of test plans, test cases, and test matrices.
- Document and track defects using issue tracking tools, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Assist in the identification and prioritization of test scenarios based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on usability, functionality, and performance.
- Learn and apply software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices under the guidance of senior QA engineers.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectiveRequirements :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of quality assurance.
- Familiarity with issue tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla is a plus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
Must have :
- API Testing using POSTMAN Experience.
- Functional Testing experience.
- Mobile Testing experience.
- Jira tool and excel experience.
- Should have experience of writing functional Test cases and documenting Bugs in Jira.
- Should able to Collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Good communication skills.
- Should have experience doing UI testing.
