Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Utilize strong techno-functional skills to bridge the gap between technical and business requirements.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, adhering to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management through effective communication and presentation skills.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, motivating team members and encouraging continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and best practices in project management.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Project Manager managing IT projects, with a strong technical background and understanding of techno-functional aspects.
- Experience in PI (Program Increment) Project Management or similar large-scale project management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills,
with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive proactive solutions (ref:hirist.tech)
