This is a full-time on-site role as an Branch Sales Manager at ICICI Bank in Lucknow. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing strategies to drive sales growth, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets set by the bank.

Qualifications

- Sales Management, Business Development,





and Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge of banking products and financial services
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends to make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement
- Bachelor's degree in B.com
- Previous experience in the banking industry is a plus
