Job Description :
This is a role within the Internet & Consumer Tech practice of the organization and will be responsible for all recruitment activities with Indian/global clients in this space.
Key roles and responsibilities :
- Identify and develop client/business relationships by offering key recruitment solutions
- Drive new business development via lead chases, candidate references, industry events
- Managing existing accounts and focusing on maintaining strong relationships
- Driving end to end recruitment process for the clients
- Consult clients on the right solutions helping them around talent and hiring in their organization
- Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
The Successful Applicant :
- We are looking for professionals from B2B Sales, HR/Recruitment advisory or Customer Success background from Consumer Tech/FMCG/ Fintech Companies/Start-up domain.
- Looking at Tier 1 University/Engineering Graduates with some startup experience for an Intern/Analyst/Sr Analyst role.
