Designation - Business Development Executive
Experience - 01 To 05 years
Job Responsibility -
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results, and always remember, teamwork makes the dream work.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Job Specification -
- Having min 2 years' experience in B2C Sales. Preferably from Ecommerce or Logistics Industry.
- Proficiency in English and local language.
- Proficiency in MS Office. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
Skills -
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in lead generation, negotiations, market expansion, etc (can be from any B2C I dustry, with strong sales skills required).
