The Sales Officer is responsible for generating sales of banking products such as CASA accounts, loans, and insurance through field visits, customer engagement, and relationship management. The role requires meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Client Acquisition : Acquire new customers for CASA, loans, and other banking products.

- Field Sales : Conduct regular field visits to meet potential clients.

- Lead Conversion : Convert leads into successful sales by offering tailored banking solutions.

- Target Achievement : Meet or exceed assigned sales targets each month.

- Cross-Selling :





Promote additional banking services, including insurance and credit cards.

- Client Relationship : Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications :

- Age : 21 to 32 years.

- Education : Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience : Minimum 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in banking or financial services.

- Location : Must be a local resident.

- Transportation : Must own a two-wheeler.
