Role: HR Head
Industry: Power Plant
Years of experience: 15-20 years (from Industrial Sector preferably Power Plant sector)
Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Office Location: Ahmedabad
Education: MBA in HR
Annual Salary: INR 14 – 18 LPA
Primary Responsibilities
- Eligible candidate must have 15+ years of experience.
- Will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering compensations and benefits, enforcing company policies and practices, talent management, performance evaluation, identifying training needs, compliance, and worker safety.
- Must be able to manage the crossover between different HR duties and other departments.
- Shall be nodal point from corporate function in managing the functioning of different sites across India
Requirement for the role: Should be ready to travel to any part of India as & when required.
