Position: Head of Talent Acquisition
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Gurgaon
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree (MBA-HR) or in a relevant field.
- 15 to 18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 7 to 10 employees, driving the end-to-end hiring process.
- Develop and implement strategic hiring initiatives for data engineering, analytics,
BFSI domain analytics, and large data operations.
- Recruit candidates with a diverse range of technical skills, including Python, architecture, Databricks, and more.
- Build and maintain a strong network for campus and lateral hiring, ensuring a steady pipeline of top talent.
- Formulate and execute strategies to meet hiring goals and support business growth.
- Enhance the talent branding efforts to attract and retain top-tier professionals.
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit campus graduates from top-tier institutes across India.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in the analytics or service industry, with a focus on data hiring.
- Proficiency in campus recruitment and a robust network of campus connections.
- Expertise in lateral hiring and the ability to identify and attract high-caliber professionals.
- Strong leadership skills to drive initiatives and successfully implement hiring processes.
- Should have experience in implementing TA strategies and new initiatives in the process
- Exposure in analyzing market trends, reports & data.
