Areas of Responsibility
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with clients and vendors for Response Team, Brand Team, RMD Team, H&S; Team, etc.;
- Advertisement review for North region
- Drafting response to legal notices relating to editorial as well as advertisement related matters
- Assisting in recovery matters (working on notices/suits/replies)
- Legal Research
In addition to the above, he will also handle some old litigation matters along with Gopal Mohan Sir and support Aarjay Prakashan (our colleague in Bangalore) on a need basis.
