Intas’ remarkable success in North America and European operations has helped us emerge as a global brand in the world’s largest pharmaceutical markets.Position Overview: The Human Resources Project Manager (HR PMO) will lead and manage HR-related projects across various functions within the organization. This role requires collaboration with senior management and HR teams to deliver initiatives that enhance HR processes, systems, and overall employee experience. The HR PMO will drive key projects such as talent management, organizational development, system implementation, and compliance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:Lead the planning, development, and execution of HR projects, ensuring alignment with the Group HR Strategy.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating across HR teams, departments, and stakeholders.Monitor project progress, track milestones,





and ensure timely completion of deliverables.Cross-functional Collaboration:Act as a liaison between HR, IT, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR initiatives.Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to assess project progress and gather feedback.Ensure effective communication throughout all phases of project implementation.Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements in HR operations and systems.Conduct data-driven analysis to recommend changes or updates to current HR practices.Promote innovation in HR by staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.Risk and Issue Management:Proactively identify potential project risks and issues,





and develop mitigation plans.Resolve project-related challenges promptly to avoid delays or budget overruns.Maintain up-to-date risk logs and provide regular updates to senior leadership.Change Management:Develop and execute change management strategies to support smooth transitions during project implementation.Provide training and support to HR teams and employees on new systems or processes.Monitor the impact of changes and adjust strategies as necessary to meet organizational goals.Compliance and Reporting:Ensure all HR projects adhere to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.Track and report on project performance using relevant metrics and KPIs to senior leadership.Key Requirements:Education and Experience:MBA in Human Resource.Minimum of 2-5 years of experience managing HR-related projects.Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and industry best practices.SkillsProficiency in project management methodologies and toolsExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.Additional Qualifications:Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools.Ability to drive initiatives within a fast-paced environment.High degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to influence without authority.
