Job Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a deep understanding of Java and modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.js. As a lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development team, designing and implementing scalable web applications, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Mentorship : Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices in code quality, architecture, and development processes.
- Full Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java (Spring Boot) for the back end and React.js for the front end.
- Architecture & Design : Work closely with architects and stakeholders to define software architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Code Review & Quality Assurance : Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, UI/UX design, and QA to deliver features that meet business objectives.
- DevOps & CI/CD : Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment processes, and ensure smooth operations and maintenance of the software in production.
- Technical Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, API documentation, and user guides.
- Problem Solving : Identify technical issues and challenges,
and provide effective solutions to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Required Skills :
- Java & Spring Boot : Extensive experience with Java and Spring Boot framework, including RESTful API development, microservices architecture, and security best practices.
- Front-End Development : Proficient in React.js, including state management (e.g., Redux), component lifecycle, and front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel).
- HTML/CSS & JavaScript : Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Database Management : Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Version Control : Proficient with Git and GitHub/GitLab, including branching strategies and pull request workflows.
- Testing : Experience with automated testing frameworks for both front-end (Jest, Enzyme) and back-end (JUnit,
Mockito).
- Cloud Platforms : Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including experience with services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
- Containerization : Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Agile Methodologies : Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Preferred Qualifications :Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience : 7+ years of professional experience in full stack development with a focus on Java and React.js, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role. Certifications : Relevant certifications in Java, React, or cloud technologies are a plus.
