Lead Generation andProspecting:
Generate new business leadsthrough targeted prospecting and networking within the industrialsector.
Collaborate with the marketing teamto create effective lead generationcampaigns.
Client RelationshipManagement:
Build and maintain strongrelationships with key industrial clients understanding their needsand providing customized solutions.
Serve asthe primary point of contact for clients ensuring exceptionalcustomer satisfaction.
Sales and RevenueGrowth:
Achieve and exceed sales targets forindustrial products and services.
Developand implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth inthe industrial segment.
CrossfunctionalCollaboration:
Collaborate with the productdevelopment team to align product offerings with the needs of theindustrial market.
Work closely with thesales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketpenetration.
Proposal Development andContract Negotiation:
Prepare and presentcompelling proposals tailored to the unique requirements ofindustrial clients.
Negotiate contracts andagreements to secure profitable businessdeals.
Market Intelligence andReporting:
Stay informed about industrytrends competitor activities and marketdevelopments.
Provide regular reports onsales performance market feedback and opportunities forimprovement.
AcademicRequirements : Bachelor s degree in BusinessMarketing Engineering or a relatedfield.
ExperienceRequirements: 15 years of proven experience inindustrial sales within the HVAC or related manufacturingindustry.
