Job title: Graphic Designer full-time (Hybrid)
Remuneration: Rs. 20000/- to 30000/- per month
Working Hours: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Working days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday working)
Location: Pune
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for our digital canvas, crafting eye-catching graphics for social media, preparing stunning marketing materials, and event collateral that will make heads turn.
Broad Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in creating visual content for various projects.
- Collaborate to brainstorm and come up with new ideas.
- Have a flair for creativity and proficiency in graphic design.
- Assist in creating new marketing material including social media graphics, flyers, posters, and banners.
- Help maintain and design files and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Assist in creating visually stunning graphics, including social media posts, marketing materials, and event collateral.
- Design Print medium: You'll play a crucial role in designing captivating graphics for marketing materials, event collateral, and print designs such as cover pages, magazines, flyers, banners, and visual marketing aids.
- Creative Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute fresh ideas, and collaborate with our creative team.
- Learning and Growth: Continuously learn and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals in the marketing and creative industry.
Requirements:
- Experience with Pharmaceutical and Healthcare designing
- Passion for graphic design and have basic knowledge of video editing.
- Proficiency in design software like the Adobe Creative Suite (Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Should be able to come up with innovative designs for print medium (cover page designs, flyers, banners, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a dynamic environment.
- Should have a laptop or PC (that supports the editing software) with a good Wi-Fi connection to work from home.
