visit https://www.intellectdesign.com/WHAT YOU WILL DO:YOUR AREA OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Revenue Accounting, Order-to-Cash, and Business Finance Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing the revenue recognition process, overseeing the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle, and providing financial insights to drive business decisions.
The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to ensure financial accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with accounting standards, while also supporting broader business finance functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Revenue Accounting:
- Ensure accurate and timely recognition of revenue in accordance with ASC 606/IFRS 15 and other relevant accounting standards.
- Review contracts and sales agreements to ensure appropriate revenue recognition criteria.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports for management.
- Reconcile revenue accounts and address discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with audits related to revenue recognition and support regulatory reporting requirements.
2. Order-to-Cash Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including order entry, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging, and work with collections teams to resolve outstanding balances.
- Implement process improvements to reduce cycle times and enhance cash flow management.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Business Finance:
- Support financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Provide insights on revenue trends, cash flow, and working capital management.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Partner with business units to analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications:
- MBA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA(Inter), CPA or CMA preferred.
- 5-6 years of experience in revenue accounting, order-to-cash, or business finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of ASC 606/IFRS 15 and other relevant accounting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or CA (Inter) or CWA
- Experience in the IT sector is advantageous.
