· Ensure product compliance to various EN, DIN, ANSI & ASME standards
· Prepare QAP as per customer requirement and Perform Product testing & certification as per the same.
· Facilitate Customer Inspection & Third-Party Inspection.
· Develop Welding and NDT procedures and certify welders and train operators.
· Calibration Control of all instruments as per ISO requirement.
· Developing and Improve quality control processes.
· Product improvement, reduce waste and process optimization.
· Root cause analysis and CAPA for Quality problems
· Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues.
· Training and work monitoring of Quality inspectors
Maintain and guide all members for proper adherence to ISO 9001,
ISO14001 & ISO 45001.
Requirements
BE (Mechanical / Production / Industrial)
5 to 9 Years Experience
Must have knowledge of 7 QC tools, 8D, ISO-9001
Must have Knowledge of Tig Welding & WPS, PQR , WPQ
Six sigma certified candidates will be given preference
