Job Responsibilities:-Acting as a discipline lead for the project.
Developing project philosophy and design basis for their discipline. Managing vendor and subcontracted engineering company engineering tasks in his domain of expertise Preparing technical requisition and participating in vendor proposal technical evaluation.
Responsible for safety studies and firefighting system (Experience in oil and gas industry Experience in oil and gas industry, quantitative risk analysis)Academic Qualifications Proficient in English (speaking and writing)Diploma: Masters (any domain in BE)Minimum 8 years of experience Experience in oil and gas industry Skills RequiredDispersion analysis
Software – PHAST/ SAFETI- any one
Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)Quantitative Risk AssessmentHAZIP, LOPA, SIL- mandatory preferably
Knowledge and experience with Process Flow Diagrams, P&ID;, PFD, Hazop Studies,Fire and gas detection system. Software: HYSYS/ Unisim/ - Not mandatoryAPI RP 14G, NFPA, API RP 14 J, API RP 14C,Project engineering documents (P&ID;, Drawings, Foundation drawing etc) Experienced in Hazardous Area Classification, Fire & Gas System, Fire Water Demand and Hydraulic Calculations, Fire Protection & Detection Philosophy, Specification, Firefighting and safety Equipment DatasheetsThis is an office-based position, with the expectation to come in four days a week.
