The ideal candidate willhave a strong background in data analysis and the ability to transform business queries into consumable and actionable reports for various stakeholders, including CXO-level executives.
This role demands a proactive approach, keen analytical skills, and the capacity to forecast trends effectivelyKEY RESPONSIBILITIES :1. Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources to provide insightful and actionable daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track key metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored reports.2.
Business Intelligence :
- Utilize BI tools to create consumable reports and dashboards for different stakeholders.
- Communicate complex data in a clear,
concise manner understandable by non-technical stakeholders, including CXO-level executives.3.
Trend Forecasting and Predictive Analysis :
- Apply statistical techniques to forecast future trends and provide insights for business planning.
- Identify patterns and correlations among various data points to predict outcomes and support strategic decisions.4.
Data Management :
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality checks and validation processes.
- Manage and optimize databases, data collection systems, and data analytics platforms.5.
Collaboration and Communication :
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address business needs and improve datadriven decision making.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
