Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain feedback loop with stakeholders about product features & release and customer opinion
- Front end with business to provide demo, evaluate opportunity, assess feasibility and quantify benefits in partnership with LOB teams
- Manage relationship with external client for commercialization effort
- Promote self service and responsible for onboarding, monitoring the progressing, capturing the benefits from use cases completed by self service team
- Partner with LOB leaders for following:
- Identifying the solution which can be scalable as products
- Assist in building pipeline
- Report out CoE Status
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt,
vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
- Six sigma Certification
- 3+ years experience tracking, planning, working on projects
- Healthcare Industry experience
- Process Re-engineering experience
- Experience in building business cases/CBAs
