Looking for Senior Quality Engineer with solid exp in Java & Selenium
Primary Responsibilities:
- Testing of IT solutions,
web applications using formal software test practices leveraging automation
- Implementing best engineering practices on continuous test and automated perf tests
- Evaluate and develop test frameworks as per requirements of project
- Maintains automated regression suites / packages to be compliant with changing requirements and features
- Accountable to review and provide team with defined QA strategy, standards, procedures, tools, and processes
- Ready to take up any technical challenges and should be research oriented

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as an SDET / quality engineer / Engineering Manager functions
- Experience with enterprise-level test automation tools and frameworks, including both open source and commercial products
- Experience leading a team of SDET / quality engineers in a large organization
- Experience with back-end API testing
- Experience implementing quality engineering practices in a CI / CD pipeline or workflows, version control, test management, and integrating automation frameworks
- Experience working in an off-shore / on-shore model
- Hands-on experience on working with cloud (Azure/Open shift) based application
- Hands-on experience in all types of testing including unit, integration, system, sanity, smoke, regression, acceptance, performance
- Hands-on Java, Cucumber, Selenium, Maven, Soap UI Pro, JMeter & LoadRunner experience
- Working knowledge of MS SQL, SQL query language and SQL Management Studio
- Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology and ability to align best quality testing process with Agile, Waterfall, Kanban and hybrid frameworks
- Proficiency in creating test strategies, and developing test plans
- Proven solid analytical skills
- Proven good communicator at all levels of the organization
- Proven to be adaptable and transformable to learn latest technologies as per business needs
- Proven good team player,
change/innovation agents and self-starter on different techs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Application development experience
- Experience using ALM, Rally, and / or Confluence
- DevOps engineering background using Jenkins/TeamCity, Azure DevOps, Docker
