Job Description
Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer
Experience Level: 2 to 8 years
Job Location: Manesar, Haryana
Job Description: Mechanical Design Engineer/ Tech Lead
- Required 2 to 8 years experience as Mechanical Design Engineer.
- Initiate, guide, and coordinate a team through the complete mechanical design cycle of a product (Concept Generation, Detail Design, Testing, Manufacturing)
- Experience in Audio-Video / Multimedia Consumer products
- Good understanding of the molding process, casting process, machining process, material selection and tooling design
- Experience with plastics and sheet metal part design
- Expert level software knowledge in Solid works is required. Software knowledge in graphic design tools and simulation will be an advantage
- Knowledge in Tolerance Stack Up Analysis, GD&T;, ASME Y14.5, DFM &DFA; practices
- Experience in DFMEA, Environment Testing ∏ Qualification for Manufacturing
- Ability to understand thermal management & analysis, RF shielding, EMI/EMC Shielding
- Good knowledge of industry standards and product certification
Qualifications
B.E/M.E in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering studies with minimum 2 years industry experience required
Additional Information
You will be working to R&D; projects in Wireless/Networking/ IoT products
