Customer Support Executive (Semi-Voice Process)
As a Customer Service Representative in our Semi-Voice Process team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately through live chat and on calls.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service levels.
- Provide detailed and accurate information to customers about products, services, and policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling customer interactions.
- Strive to meet or exceed performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate/Additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Requirements:
- Work will be from Office with a Rotational Week Off and 6 days working.
- Candidates having Semi- Voice Process experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to grammar and spelling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using chat software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards helping customers.
