Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP EPPM (Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, system configuration, and project management within SAP environments. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP solutions to meet the needs of the business, while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Support:
Lead the implementation, upgrade, and support of SAP S/4HANA across various business units.
Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules to align with business processes, especially in areas like finance, logistics, and supply chain management.
Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, providing recommendations for system enhancements and upgrades.
SAP EPPM Expertise:
Implement and optimize SAP EPPM for effective project portfolio management, resource management, and risk management.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to streamline portfolio management processes.
Ensure the effective use of project planning,
tracking, and reporting features in SAP EPPM.
Business Process Analysis:
Work closely with business units to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and develop system design.
Identify areas for improvement in business processes and recommend SAP-based solutions.
Conduct workshops, gather feedback, and design solutions that enhance business efficiency.
System Configuration and Customization:
Configure SAP S/4HANA and EPPM modules based on the specific requirements of the business.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and changes.
Test new system configurations to ensure they meet business needs and specifications.
Project Management:
Manage multiple SAP projects from initiation to completion,
ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Coordinate with IT and business teams to manage project risks, timelines, and resources.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices.
End-User Support and Training:
Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and training on new functionalities.
Conduct training sessions and create training materials for users to enhance their understanding of SAP S/4HANA and EPPM.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
6 to 8 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP EPPM implementation, configuration, and support.
Strong understanding of SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, FICO, or PS.
Extensive experience in SAP EPPM, including portfolio and project management, resource planning, and project tracking.
Proven experience in business process analysis and system design.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet business needs.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
SAP certification in S/4HANA or EPPM is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with integration of SAP S/4HANA with other enterprise systems.
Strong knowledge of reporting and data analysis using SAP tools.
