Role Description:
Towa Sales Corporation is seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position in New Delhi. This role involves promoting and selling ophthalmic equipment, developing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include prospecting, lead generation, and working closely with healthcare professionals to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Maintain and grow the client base by identifying new business opportunities within the ophthalmic industry.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to demonstrate product functionality and value.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, service) to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Provide market feedback to the management for continuous improvement of sales strategies.
- Ensure all customer-related issues are addressed promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to meet/exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Knowledge of ophthalmic equipment is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent time management and presentation skills.
