We're on the lookout for a dynamic engineer to lead and mentor a team of talented professionals, driving innovation in a collaborative environment.

Location : Chandigarh

Experience : 6 years+

Salary : Competitive hike on CTC

Key Responsibilities :

- Build scalable backend services with Node.js and serverless technologies.

- Architect front-end solutions using React.js.

- Design databases with MongoDB (PostgreSQL & MySQL).

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure code quality and performance through code reviews.

- Stay ahead with the latest MERN stack trends.

Requirements :

- 6+ years in software development, with 6+ years in the MERN stack.







- Proven leadership and team mentorship experience.

- Proficient in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.

- Hands-on with serverless architectures ( AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Functions, Azure Functions).

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.

Additional Skills :

- Experience with GraphQL, Docker and Kubernetes.

- Contributions to open-source projects.

- Knowledge of DevOps and CICD pipelines.
